Given the following SIGNED FOUR-BIT INPUTS, create a circuit that will take the input and convert it to

its negative value. So if the given value is 0010 (positive two) then the result should be 1110 (negative

two). Similarly, if the input is negative, such as 1110, then the result should be positive, 0010. Youll be

using four light bulbs to represent the four-bit output. You can also use High Constant to represent an

input that is constantly switched on, such as might be used when doing addition with a known value.
