Please Write a Letter to University on appealing a decision of acadamic dishonesty charge against me$.$ I did not cheat it$.$ i did this exam myself. i spend a lot time completing exam. please write it about these main points below.

$1.$ I have an learning disability. The university gave me accommudations. I have more time to complete the exam.

$2.$ The academic dishonesty charge. The online exam was multiple choice. I did not look up any of my notes.

$3.$ After i finish all questions, I want to submit it$.$ I was unable to submit. i could be a broswer problem, Internet connection or other issues.

$4.$ The submission tab was frozen. I clicked on it multiple times.

$5.$ I reached out to professor by email to solve this issue. I was having problem submit exam. I recived no email back from profressor.

$6.$ I had less time to submit it$.$ The timer was running.

$7.$ I wrote all my answers in a sheet of paper. I thought the answers may not save. if i close the computer and restart it again.

$8.$ I quickly go to course and click on the exam. I was right. It did not save any answers but timer was still running. I click all the answers what I wrote on sheet of paper. This time i was able to submit exam.
