Taking the role of an External Psychology Consultant, you should prepare a report for the Executive Committee of IMV.
Full reference lists are NOT required, however, correct citation is essential.
The report should also conform to the following format:

Change recommendations as to how the solution identified above could be implemented and managed. You should break down the solution into possible prioritised actions, combining them into a coherent, logical and realistic change plan for implementation. You should consider how key stakeholders can be engaged, potential areas of resistance, how this resistance could best be overcome, and the timeline for the overall project. (25%)
In-text citations and evidence of wider reading (5%)
Additional information:
This is an academic exercise. Your work should, therefore, be informed by a sound understanding of relevant psychological concepts and theories and should not just be a repetition and description of facts contained in the case study. There should be evidence of an in-depth examination of relevant issues based on wider reading and supporting evidence from the case study. There should also be evidence of logical development of arguments, and you should demonstrate an understanding of the organisational context within which the case problems are located.
Your work should be accessible to the intended audience (i.e. the Executive Committee of IMV). You should reference your work using either Harvard or APA intext referencing conventions.
Please note that this element of assessment is based on individual effort. Any evidence of collaboration or collusion on this component of assessment may result in disciplinary action.
