Contribution in general is an idea of sharing effort among a group of people to achieve a great goal. The concept of contribution is not restricted to money, it could be splitting tasks, sharing information, or doing initiatives. Regarding my role, I contributed in developing students activities to ease the reachability and organizability for each event within the company. Thus, the upcoming events can be reached and known easily to all beneficiaries. Also, planning the events in a way to make sure it is done without issues or inappropriate behave. 2.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM/ CHALLENGE The main problem that has a big impact within the company is the lack of promotion of new events. In the beginning, the planning of new events is done by student activities department, and the department has only one employee that is responsible of everything. Therefore, the amount of work is huge and cannot be done perfectly. This problem impacts the company in many ways. One way is that no one knows about the upcoming events including the students who are the main beneficiary in these events like tournaments, workshops, and hosting festivals. The other way is that the investors who have businesses cannot reach the events in time, and this will affect the company financially. Furthermore, some events are related to other companies or local authorities, also, this issue creates a gap between the company and others in term of following up with activities and leads to shortage in productivity and innovation 2.2 LITERATURE REVIEW Describe previous work related to your problem. Present what you discovered in your search of the literature. Review issues, theories, concepts, and studies discussed previously and, in our textbook, and review what other writers/researchers have to say about the subject of your analysis. Discuss the concepts, ideas, or insights that are most valuable in helping you make sense of your project. 2.3 ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM An overview that comprise of a brief on the purpose of the study, how the data was collected, description of data types, and instruments, and any assumptions made in the course of the study. The actual collected data gathered from a research methodology together with the statistical, mathematical and qualitative analysis that has been performed. Detailed description Analysis methods. Summary that will offer a brief review of the analysis. 2.4 DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED SOLUTION This section will discuss the objectives of the proposed solution for the existing problems that are mentioned in the previous section .For example, the reasons for pointing out the customer dissatisfaction problem are to increase the company profit and improve customer loyalty. Show some studies that support your proposed solution. 2.5 IMPLEMENTATION This section tells the plan of how you are going to implement the suggested solution. The implementation could be system proposed or an event you organized. If the solution is not implemented, then, explain the requirements for implementing it.
