Question No. 03: The constitutional petition was filed by Begum Nusrat Bhutto under Article 184 (3) against the Chief Martial Law administrator in order to challenge the validity of the chief of army staff (COAS) to promulgate martial law as well as the detention of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, who was arrested on Sep 17, 1977.
