You will identify a particular job within a specific organization for this project. This should be a job and an organization for which you can gather information. You will research this job and organization and then develop a performance management process that is optimized to enhance performance in this job within this particular organization. Your project should include each element listed below: A. A job analysis for the job target that identifies tasks and responsibilities of the job and knowledge, skills, abilities, and other attributes necessary to succeed in this job (see Module 3/Chapter 2). B. An analysis of the organization's strategy - mission, vision, goals, etc., and an examination of its relationship with the job (see Module 4/Chapter 3). C. A definition of performance for the job that is multi-dimensional (e.g., in-role, contextual, adaptive, counterproductive) and considers both behaviors and results (See Module 5 & 6/Chapter 4 & 5). D. Propose a specific process for measuring performance and discuss the elements of this process and your rationale for them in detail (see Module 7/Chapter 6). E.
