Portfolio Presentation Description: For this course, you created an e-portfolio in the form of a hospitality leadership guidebook that includes detailed explanations and instructions on how managers in the hospitality industry should accomplish a variety of important tasks and responsibilities specifically related to management strategies. In the final week of class, you will give a presentation of the 4 leadership guidebook chapters you have created for your portfolio throughout this course. You will do this by showing your completed portfolio website to the class while explaining each chapter. A) Put together a PowerPoint slideshow (minimum 8 slides, maximum 12 slides), including text, and any graphics, visuals, etc., that would be effective in helping your audience (instructor and classmates) understand your presentation. Submit your PowerPoint slides to Portfolio Presentation in Moodle (not in Mahara). B) At the time of your presentation, your portfolio website in Mahara must include all of the following separate sections:

Profile: About me > Introduction

Part 1: Introduction/overview to hospitality leadership guidebook

Part 2: Leadership styles

Part 3: Employee training

Part 4: Employee grievance process Be prepared and rehearse your presentation.

The overall length of the presentation should be 7-9 minutes. Make sure you present your portfolio website in a clear, concise, and interesting way to engage your audience.
