Brick and Mortar shops have a big difference in strategies than an online store, brick and mortar shops have face-to-face selling. For example, a store like Rite Aid is a brick-and-mortar shop. They have people working in a building they lease or rent out and sell their products face to face with their customers. With these strategies, they can build a relationship with their customers and the customers can come in and physically look at what they want. An online store has a different strategy, they have a website that has all their products on it. Customers can go on their website and order a product with a card. With this strategy, the customers dont have to take the time to run to the store. They Can just buy it with a click of a button and have it shipped wherever they want. This can be hard because sometimes things look different online and there can be a fine print that you miss. So, when the product shows up its not what you want but you can just simply return the item, you would have to go through a whole process that would take a couple of days, weeks, or even months. Brick-and-mortar stores can make more money if they also have a website that sells their items along with the brick-and-mortar store. They would make way more money.
