Post a considered paragraph or two about the worst and best working environment youve been in: that is, the least satisfying environment and the most satisfying environment. Was the most satisfying necessarily the most motivating, and was the least satisfying also the least motivating? Think about it.

Explain the environmental, behavioral, and other factors that contributed to your satisfaction or lack thereof in each environment. If you have never worked outside of the home, interview someone else who has and use their information (being certain to present it as such).

Is there anything about YOU that makes you different from other people in terms of what motivates you and what satisfies you? Are they ALWAYS the same thing? Be sure to answer each and every question within your post, but be sure to have a smooth flow. (Do not just post questions and answers; we are not interested in your ability to make a bullet point listthat is a given.)
