Your first engagement/activity as a group has been submitted (Team Charters/Contracts). Maybe, not every group ran smoothly, so I deduce that feedback forms are inflated for some (part of working in a team means being able to communicate some things that may go against our natures). Or, people are just not appreciating the benefits of the team, have had so many negative group work experiences that they think it's acceptable or have resigned to it as a fact that this is how groups function. Either way, it was an experience to get you thinking, "Do you want to develop the dynamics to be a Super Group"?
In a few sentences - as a group, did your group perform as you all hoped? Yes/No? How? What will you do differently in the future?
This requires collaboration and consensus as to what gets posted and who in the group writes the responses to your group's posting.
