Your first engagement$/$activity as a group has been submitted $($Team Charters$/$Contracts$).$ Maybe, not every group ran smoothly, so I deduce that feedback forms are inflated for some $($part of working in a team means being able to communicate some things that may go against our natures$).$ Or$,$ people are just not appreciating the benefits of the team, have had so many negative group work experiences that they think it's acceptable or have resigned to it as a fact that this is how groups function. Either way, it was an experience to get you thinking, $"$Do you want to develop the dynamics to be a Super Group"?
