Some information about my team: I coordinate a finance team. We all work collaboratively together and all team members are involved in all projects, as all bits and pieces have to come together for a successful project. The team is very diverse in skills, age, seniority, culture etc from junior to senior person of 20 yrs of experience. Also, the outcome is not set in a single task/project and they need to stay flexible. This is especially seen in communications and expectations. I manage those by dealing with them separately while keeping the main goal in mind which are our objectives. To work according to our Policies and legislations, meeting deadlines with a highest level of accuracy etc

• The purpose of the team- The team's mission I oversee a group of marketing experts that collaborate to create and execute marketing initiatives.Our team's goals are to create / execute successful marketing strategies that fulfill the demands of our consumers.We collaborate to design campaigns that are both unique and inventive while also achieving our goals.
