Practice makes perfect in interviewing. The more often you rehearse responses to typical interview questions, the better you will do in a real interview. In your initial discussion post, you will identify three interview questions you would likely be asked for your desired position and write your answer to each one. Choose a question from each of these three question categories as identified in Chapter/Section 16-3 of the eBook: questions used to get acquainted, questions to measure your interest in the job, and questions to find out about your experience and accomplishments. In your post, include each interview question you chose to answer and write your response. As you write your response, imagine you are responding directly to the interviewer, and try to work in your relevant skills, traits, and accomplishments where appropriate.
