The PCC Foundation will be rolling out their annual PCC CAMP (Community And Mentorship Program) across 2 additional communities and require financial help to the tune of $4 million dollars to be successful.

They need to select a Financier and have their financials ready to show how the organization has been performing. They will also need to submit a budget to show how they plan to utilize the funds if successful.

They gather the data they have, and it is as follows:

Over the period January 1 to December 31, 2020 they received and spent as follows:

Income from sale of snacks and juices was $500,000.00

Income from 4 training programs offered throughout the year $750,000

Income from internet and computer shop services $100,000

Income from PCC Camp Enrollment July to August 2019 was $25,000

They also received grant funding Totaling $1,000,000 from JN Foundation to execute PCC Camp (facilitators stipend, award ceremony, promotional activities and administrative expenses).

They spent $300,000 to purchase the snacks that was sold.

They also spent $10,000 on electricity monthly, $30,000 for administrative stipend monthly, $5000 for internet monthly and $20,000 monthly for mortgage payment

They also incurred costs for transportation of $20,000 for the year; Stationery costs totaled $50,000 for the year and other miscellaneous costs tallied $25,000 for the year

They also paid 4 guest facilitators $500,000 for their services, Purchased PCC Camp Certificates and awards totaling $50,000 and conducted promotional activities totaling $150,000

As at Dec 31, 2019 they owned and owed the following:

Cash $150,000

Receivables (Owings for snacks purchased by students) $25,000

Machinery and Equipment $1,000,000

They owed $3 million on the mortgage for the property they occupy and $30,000 owed to supplier for snacks bought on 30 day credit.
