Prepare a flowchart

To understand the solution requirement described under ‘Project Details’ and prepare an understanding scope comprising of:

1. Understanding Document highlighting the requirement brief and proposed solution
2. Flowchart of intended workflow of the proposed solution
3. Presentation of mock-ups for the important screens of the proposed solution

Users: Entire Organization

Requirement Brief:

1. A system is required to manage the individual work logs of each employee
2. Provision for each individual to maintain a laundry list of all work required to be done by them
3. Provision for each individual to plan their activities on a given day (day and time wise)
4. Provision to move items in and out of the laundry list
5. Provision to demarcate holidays / unavailable timeslots
6. Provision for worklog to be visible to reporting seniors
7. Provision for reporting seniors to add worklog items in the laundry list
8. Dashboards and Reports as deemed appropriate (open to BA’s creativity)
