Prepare a two$-$page preliminary report addressing the following

$1.$ Identify your first, second, and third choice of the goals you would like to work on with your group. Explain the reason you would like to work on the chosen goals. Your choices are as follows:

$$ Development of a Vision, Mission, and Values Statement with guidelines to understand, embrace, and adopt them throughout the organization.

$$ Development and Implementation plan of a culture that is based on valuing and empowering all organizational stakeholders $($employees and consumers$)$

$$ Development of a plan to expand services and

$$ Developing a comprehensive Marketing plan

$2.$ Suggest a Change Management Model explaining this Model in detail and suggesting how the leaders should address resistance to change.

$3.$ Justify why this Model is the best approach for this organization.

Note: Each group will suggest a change management approach and provide strategies for addressing resistance to change. They will also address issues of diversity, equity and inclusion and suggest a leadership strategy to implement the changes. They will also develop a budget for their suggestions and some ideas on paying for the changes they are recommending. This is required to meet the objective of this course. In week $6$ and $7$ the team leaders will review each report and consolidate them into one for the organization. They will select which change management approach, DEI plan and leadership strategy will be included in the final report.
