You are a intern business analyst at Honda Canada working two days a week. The desk you use is shared by other part-time staff. Desk sharing is common amongst all part-time staff (only one uses the desk per day, but when they are not at work, others use the desk). Each staff member is issued a laptop computer. The HR Manager, Bob Jarvis, has asked you to write a staff memo, which he will sign The memo must provide instructions to all the part-time staff (including interns) on how to clean and sanitise their desks after work, before they leave at the end of they day, due to COVID and neatness of the office.
