Prepare an industry, Porter, and macro analysis of your business idea, When doing the Porter analysis, focus on your specific industry and sector. The analysis is not just of your specific business idea but an overview of how all firms in this industry or sector are being affected by rivalry, substitution, buyers, suppliers, and barriers to entry. In doing the analysis you have to rate each power as low, medium, high, or some combination of these, and provide appropriate evidence to justify the rating. Outline and discuss what actions you will take to assess the feasibility of your business idea. Prepare a detailed SWOT analysis of your business idea derived from the tables presented inyour Osterwalder and Pigneur Business Model Generationtextbook, pp. 216ff. Part B Using the information from your work in Activity 2.1 in this module, focus your attention on two of the other irritations that you identified and prepare a pitch for each identifying what is the problem, what you have to offer, etc. All of the components of a good pitch need to be addressed. You can either write your pitch or create a video. If you choose the latter, you will need to post your video an a video sharing site and send a link to it along with the Part A submission.
