Facts: The client was charged with committing arson. After smoking most of the cigarette, the Client threw a lit cigarette onto the neighbor's side yard gravel. The gravel ignited immediately and, within seconds, the neighbor's garage was on fire. The garage burnt down. Firefighters discovered that the gravel had old car oil that leaked.

Rule:

Section § 24-303: Arson is defined as a person who knowingly sets fire to, burns, or causes to be burned any property of another without consent, which results in the property being damaged or destroyed.
