Reflective Learning Log Report (Separate Report to be prepared for each Event)

Section A: Before the event/experience:

Describe the event/experience.

Consider the things that could have happened.

Consider the things that you felt might have been a challenge, and

Consider the things that you can possibly do to prepare for these experiences.

Section B: During the event/experience:

Describe what was happening in the moment, as you consider making a particular decision.

Describe whether things were working out as you anticipated, and

Describe if there is anything you should do, or say, or think that can or could have made the experience more successful.

Section C: About the event/experience:

i. Describing your thoughts immediately after the event/experience when you have more emotional distance from the event/experience.

ii. Describing anything you would do differently before or during the event/experience, and

iii. Describing what your takeaways from this event/experience were.
