Learning Objectives

This Learning Activity for on$-$campus class will be a mock in$-$class team presentation. The objective of this activity is for students to begin their journey in this course with teams. Reflecting on team agility and how they are able to come together to work on a common goal.

The professor will allocate teams. Every member must participate.

Teams will research and prepare a $1-3$ slide presentation, poetry, song, role$-$play on their topic:

difference between leading and managing a project;

why do we need to manage stakeholders;

project manager sphere of influence $($PMBoK $6$th ed$.$ section $3\mathrm{.}3)$;

project manager as a conductor $-$Snapshot $10\mathrm{.}1($Larson and Gray $2018)$; and

other topic as assigned by professor.
