Do the people at the front of the line and/or society, as a whole, share any responsibility to help those stuck at the starting block?

 Using both clips, critically explain the concept of an "equal playing field." In other words, do you believe the Jamaican bobsled team had an equal and/or realistic chance of winning a gold medal? Why or why not; your response should include examples/references from the clip? In the clip about the race, what, if anything, did the people in the front of the line do to give themselves a better chance of winning?
