Probability is something is being used all the time, by everyone. It is something that is used in everyones lives, at least once. For example, in my personal life today, I had to decide if I wanted to wear my short sleeve shirt to work or my long sleeve. I accounted for the fact that it is winter, it has been cold the last two days of the week, it was in the 20s, and the weather app said that the low was in the 30s. I used all those to make up the probability that it was more likely to be cold than to be warm. In light of all of those factors, I decided to wear a long sleeve shirt. Which turned out to be a good thing because it was freezing when I left work. The probability that is was going to be cold was higher than the probability of it being warm. Another example from work that I would use, would be the probability that anyone has taken out the trash in the break room, and support. The factors that I would use is the amount of people at work, which is i say about 30
