Neglecting radiation, what is the amount of heat generated by the electronic circuit if the outside glass surface temperature $(T_{so})$ is $80C?$

If the heat rate changes to $10$ W $,$ what are the inside $(T_{si})$ and outside $(T_{so})$ surface temperatures of the glass?
