Problem:

1. Create a Context Level diagram AND a Level-0 DFD for BHCS.

2. Create (ONE) Level-1 DFD for BHCS based on one of the processes identified in the level-0 DFD.

Scenario:

The objective behind BHCS(Baylor Health Care System) is to make international healthcare safer, easier, and faster. BHCS is seeking to create and launch a web portal that can handle the sharing of electronic healthcare records from anywhere in the world, for any healthcare groups that choose to participate (for a monthly fee).

Requirements for the new BHCS portal:

(1) Streamline the sharing of certain medical records including: [check-ups, prescription, lab results, etc.] between healthcare employees [doctors, nurses, lab techs, administrators etc.] within and between countries.

(2) Allow patients to easily access and print their records from anywhere(including summary reports).

(3) Allow patients to pay their medical bills online using their home countrys currency.
