Problem$-1$:

The continous beam ACD shown below is analysed for several load combiantions and the moment envelope is as shown below with $M_1$ and $M_2$ moment values.

The beam size is $bw=300mm$ and $d=500mm$ and materials are $C30$ and $S420.$

Design only AC part of the beam for reinforcement and reinforcement detailing including bar cut and bend locations.

At the end make a drawing along beam $AC$ showing reinforcement detailing.

$M_1=95kN-m$;$M_2=275kN-m,L_1=3\mathrm{.}6m$ and $L_2=2\mathrm{.}6m$

Note$-1$: At support assume the bend and cut bars $($if any$)$ are cut and bending bars are done at the same location.

Note$-2$: take at least $\frac{1}{3}$ of mid$-$span reinforcement to the supports.

Note$-3$: Make sure that you have at least $2$ bars at the bottom and top at every location along the beam to carry the stirrups.
