assumes that you have all the programmers available, but your manager has just called to say that

another project requires some of the programmers and you'll have to make do with only two.

Develop a resource schedule to determine a new completion date for your project, assuming only

two programmers are available. Use the heuristics described in the text: $(1)$ minimum slack, $(2)$

smallest duration, and $(3)$ lowest WBS identification number. No splitting of activities is

possible.
