Four beams with a layout such as in the figure are studied. Some, or all, of the beams can be

analysed as deep beams. Geometrical data for the beams are given in the table below.

Which of the beams are deep beams and which are "normal" beams? The answer should be

motivated with calculations, referring to the definition in Eurocode $2$ and the "Swedish rule"

for inclination of compressive struts in the truss models. Assume that $z$~~$0,9d.$

Show sketches for each beam, showing the truss models to be used for an analysis, including

measurements and angles of compressive struts. If a beam is to be analysed as a "normal"

beam, show only the flexural reinforcement for that beam. $($Note$!$ Here, the complete analyses
