The program should read in the student's current gpa and the number of credit hours the student has completed from the data file studentinfo.txt$.$ The program should determine and print whether the student is eligible or ineligible to participate. If the student is determined to be ineligible to participate, the program should also print which requirement$($s$)$ they fail to meet. The requirements for participating are given below:
