b$)$ The water table rises to a level $1\mathrm{.}2m$ below the surface of the sand. Above the groundwater

the sand's moist unit weight remains at $18\mathrm{.}8k\frac{N}{m^3}$ and the saturated unit weight of the sand

is $19\mathrm{.}7k\frac{N}{m^3}.$
