Make a phase diagram, for the vehicle movements only $($ignore pedestrian signals$),$ for the $3-$way intersection of Mansfield Ave. and Colchester Ave. This will be easiest if you observe the signal times when the intersection is busy, like on weekdays between $8$ am and $10$ am or $3$ pm and $6$ pm $.$ Time each signal phase $3$ times and take the average, even if the green and red times vary. The diagram should have a time scale to show the length of each signal phase.
