Evaluate a program that compute an employee's new salary after their normal evaluation. Employees are evaluated on a scale of 1 - 3 being (bad), 4- 7 being (average) and 8 to 10 being (good). Employees with ratings of 8 or better get a 10% raise, employees with a rating of 4-7 get a 5% raise while others get a 2% raise.

1. Write the flow or IPO chart to help you design your program. 2. In IDLE, write the code for the program using the chart you created. 3. Make sure you validate the entries. 4. Create test cases to properly test your code.
