Problem Analysis
The managerial problem we are faced with concerns a NAs number of hours worked within a week and whether or not it is affected by their age or hourly rate of pay. After running the various analysis described, ANOVA,we have shown a statistically significant relationship between all three variables. Although the effect size and strength are relatively small and weak, they still show statistical significance.

Conclusion & Discussion
Based on our findings, though there were weak interconnections between the variables, it was not significantto validate that the NA number of hours worked within a week is affected by age or an hourly rate of pay. Asexpected, the NA number of hours worked per week was increased so did the hourly pay which is affected by age. Therefore, it was significantenough to solve the questions that were raised regarding the two variables.

Limitations
- It can be limitations with the variables providing an accurate picture of an interrelationship between the variables.
- Another limitation is if the NAs understood the questions in the surveys.
- Another limitation is how accurate the NAs response was for age, rate of pay per hour, the number of hours worked within a week.

Practical Recommendations
The amount you make should be based on how well you know your job, past work experience, education, etc., not how old you are or how many hours you work per week. These variables did not show us this type of relationship that would have solved whether a nursing assistant's hourly pay varies based on their age or how many hours worked per week. We recommend that they analyze the actual hours worked per week by nursing assistant has completed or analyze if there's an annual income issue rather than the hourly rate of pay.
