Problem Description:

Write a java program that prompts the user to enter a Social Security Number in the format DDD$-$DD$-$DDDD$,$ where D is a digit. Your program should check whether the input is valid.

There are many ways to complete this program, but for this assignment, you are required NOT to use regex $($regular expressions$).$ Simply use the character and string processing methods discussed in chapter $4.$ Using the regex will not give you the credit for this program.
