You need to write a plan to solve a problem that you are currently facing or have faced in the

past at work. Your problem should meet the following criteria:

$-$ The problem can$$t be too simple, it needs to involve multiple stakeholders

$-$ The problem needs to have greater consequences for the organisation, for example, a

financial loss

$-$ The solution to the chosen problem should have an impact on multiple stakeholders or

departments

When structuring your plan, make sure that you are referencing appropriate tactics, tools and

techniques that you have learned in this course.
