You need to think beyond that and help Mike decide what his next step may be after fixing the issues in each area. - Should he consider expanding the business? If he were to expand, what should his new location be relative to the competition (see the map in the simulation), and what costs would be involved? How might the expansion help his business in terms of access to customers? - What should Mike do about the ongoing employee issues after his initial cleanup of the business? Be specific.
