Problem statement: SRC is a pharmaceutical company specialized in arthritis drugs, currently leading in USA market and is planning to expand their drug sales to different countries. Before releasing these drugs into different ethnic areas, SRC is planning to conduct clinical studies on respective ethnic groups to analyze the effects of drugs with respect to different environmental factors like food, weather and race.

SRC is currently utilizing an online application to track the study progress and results and it needs to be globalized to suit the multiple country needs. 

Approach to solve the problem:

1. In detailed analysis of existing application to identify the functional gaps that makes the application usable across multiple geographical locations.
2. Conduct a feasibility analysis on the functional gaps to identify which of these gaps can be implemented as an IT solution.
3. Utilize different requirement elicitation techniques to breakdown these functional gaps into requirements.
4. Once the requirements are identified and finalized, engage the architecture team to come up with a high level design which would then be implemented by the development team.
