_{The process is started by the company (buyer) which receives a purchase request from a department. When accepted, the Quotations process starts. This process manages the necessary activities to receive and evaluate quotations of the requested products in order to select a supplier. Once the supplier has been selected, a purchase order is sent to the supplier. Once the purchase order is received by the supplier, it is reviewed and can be either accepted or rejected. If accepted, then it is processed. Then the company delivers the products of the order and sends the invoices to the buyer. Then, after both the products and the invoices are received, the payment is automatically processed and an automatic message of payment confirmation is sent to the supplier. Once the confirmation is received by the supplier both processes quit.}
