Model the following process using BPMN.

In the Wollongong City Council Mayors office, once a customer complaint has been received from a customer, it is entered into the Wollongong City Council database by a council officer on the first business day. Then the complaint is investigated by the officer to determine whether a formal response is needed. In case a formal response is needed, the response will be prepared by the officer. The finalisation of a response involves the preparation of the preparation of the response by the council officer and the review of the response by the Mayor. If the Mayor does not approve the response, it needs to be prepared again by the council officer until the Mayor is happy with it. The complaint process finishes only once the response has been approved by the Mayor, in which case the response is sent to the customer.
