Profit Sharing Program for our company, I called it PSP$.$ The program aligned the company goals and established attainable and fair monthly target goals for the employees. When results are met, employees share in the company profit. Because the targets of the employee and company are aligned, the rational actor works hard to attain the monthly goal to benefit in additional compensation. So far the longitudinal results have been outstanding and it shows how when goals are aligned, companies and employees will prosper.$$
