Extra: if you can make it blink at a rate of $250$msec

$40\mathrm{.}01\%$ to $60\mathrm{.}00\%$ Yellow $($RGB $255,255,0)$

$60\mathrm{.}01\%$ to $80\mathrm{.}00\%$ Blue $($RGB $0,0,255)$

$80\mathrm{.}01\%$ to $100\%$ Green $($RGB $0,255,0)$
