2. Write a function void blinkSegment(byte digit, byte segment) which takes in a digit number (1 to 4) and a segment number (1 to 7 corresponding to A to G) and blinks that segment for second. This is nothing more than lighting one LED at a time like I talked about in the lecture.

Next, using random() from last week, generate a random number digit between 1 and 4 and a different random number segment between 1 and 7 and then light that digit and segment by calling blinkSegment() like this: blinkSegment(digit, segment);
