programing with java. if i am given how many calories an hour someone is needed to burn, how do i make a program in java that will show the amount of time needed to walk in both hours and minutes?

meaning i am given a way to find out how many calories someone has eaten, and i am given a chart that says how many calories an hour someone of a certain weight range (such as if weight is between 100-120lbs, you burn 100 calories an hour; if you are 120-160lbs, you burn 150 calories an hours; etc). i have to write a system that shows how long (in hh:mm) that someone has to walk in order to burn those calories off.
