Scenario:

You are managing a programme that focuses on providing housing for economically vulnerable people. You are considering whether to build full houses (RDP housing) or provide a service stand with a slab for the owner to build the house on. Your department is interested in comparing the costs and outcomes of the two intervention strategies.

Share your thoughts on the following questions:
