I asked this question once before and it was not answered successfully. I am trying to get a deeper understanding of the concepts, so it would help if the expert knew what they were talking about. The subject matter isn't foreign to me, but I would like the individual who responds to actually discuss the topic of change control within an organization, Agile Cost, and Schedule Management, alongside the questions being posed above in a scholarly manner. I am paying for this membership to use as a study tool, and I am grateful that it exists, but only when it is beneficial to me as a student. Thank you in advance for whomever sees this and understands. I appreciate you taking the time to consider me.
