Project 1 0 You work in a large nancial sector business. You have been appointed team leader and three new employees are starting work. Part of your role is induction of new employees into the business. The new employees have no experience in the nancial services sector and it is your responsibility to explain and provide training to the employees on how to work effectively in the business. You will need to ensure that you cover what it means to be employed in the sector, the responsibilities, obligations and expectations. Develop the printed component of an induction program. It can be in whatever format you think is appropriate but it should be the equivalent of a 5 page handbook.
