Purpose: Writing the addition program of two floating point numbers in IEEE $16-$bit format in assembly

language.

Introduction: Morris Mano instructions and the assembly language of this computer

File format to be delivered:

The file name will be the Student Number $($in the format of the student list$)($For example:

$2201.\mathrm{.}04.$doc$)$

All texts in the report will be in Courier New format and $10$ point font.

The images in the report will be redrawn in high resolution and, if possible, using the capabilities of the

Word program.

The order in the report will be as careful as it should be in a report.

You should include in your report the Mano commands you need while writing the program

$($which replace many operations at some stages of the program and are in the RISC$-$V

command list you prepared within the scope of homework$-1).$ For example; If the X command in the

RISC$-$V command list was in the Mano command list, I could easily perform this operation

with the $A,B,C$ and $D$ commands.
