Project auditing is an important step for every project, it aims to evaluate the project success. In your words, explain two dimensions of project evaluation. Dimensions:

1- efficiency in meeting the time, cost, and scope objectives of the project.

2- funder impact/satisfaction. This dimension includes meeting the projects technical and operational specifications.

3- business/direct success, measured here primarily in terms of level of commercial success and market share.

4- translate the achievement of the projects goals into a contribution to the parent organizations goals.
