Project Cost Management Assignment: Enhancing a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in MS Project or ProjectLibre Background: This assignment requires using ProjectLibre, an open-source project management software or MS Project, to enhance an existing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and understand the assignment and management of project resources. The existing WBS consists of 4 elements: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closure. Task: 1. WBS Expansion: Starting with the existing WBS elements, expand the WBS to include at least 10 elements. This can be accomplished by further breaking down the existing elements or adding new ones. Please remember that each element should represent a manageable work package. 2. Resource Creation and Cost Assignment In the project file, create four distinct resources: Project Manager, Designer, Coder, and Tester. For each of these resources, set an hourly cost.
