Project Description: Loyalty programs are a way that companies can continue enticing repeat business from their customers - from punch cards that lead to a free sandwich to airline miles that could accumulate to a free trip. For Project 4, you will write about a loyalty program that you may be a part of as you answer the following questions. If you are not part of any loyalty program, write about your ideal loyalty program and still answer the following questions. 1. What is the business/brand that offers the loyalty program you are in? 2. What is the name of the loyalty program? How does it work? 3. What do you get as a reward for being a loyal member? Is it easy to get a reward or does it take a long time? 4. Does being a part of the loyalty program make you a more loyal customer? Explain why. Your total responses should be 300 words or more.
