Project Guidelines 1. This is a group project with a maximum of 4 students in Group. 2. The choice of company will be approved by the Faculty in Charge. No project will be accepted without prior approval which will be posted in Announcement Section of Moodle. The company should be operating in Bahrain, specifically in Salmabad area. 3. The group should only focus in only one area, choosing from : a. Quality Certification of the Company b. Use of Quality Tools in Problem Solving c. PDCA/Kaizen or 5S Implementation d. Implementation of the Employee Empowerment e. Quality Awards if applicable f. TQM Implementation g. Management Support and Leadership for TQM 4. References should be included. 5. Plagiarism should not exceed 20% using the approved plagiarism checker which is Turnitin 6. It should be submitted through Moodle on March 10 7. Presentation will be scheduled from March 15 - March 30 and will be scheduled per group. 8. No presentation will be done without acceptable plagiarism report. 9. The faculty in charge will also be checking the similarity of the projects among the submitted projects in the class. Project Guidelines 1.
